Vir Seth

Vir helped launch Cincinnati Squash Academy in 2014 and took over as Executive Director in January 2023. In 2019, Vir was selected to be a part of the Squash & Education Alliance Leadership Fellows program, and he served as CSA’s first Program Director.

Prior to joining CSA, Vir attended St. Lawrence University where he captained the men’s varsity squash team. There, he majored in Mathematics and minored in Sports Studies.


 

Joseph Greathouse

Joseph has been part of the Squash & Education Alliance network since 2022 during his tenure serving on the Board of Directors for Urban Squash Cleveland. Originally from Dayton, OH, Joseph is an experienced youth development professional with over 9 years of passionately serving youth and families in various roles predominantly in the Cleveland area. Joseph attended the University of Akron where he majored in Sport Studies and subsequently earned a master's degree in Public Administration, also from the University of Akron. Joseph is committed to CSA and can’t wait to share his passion with the community, youth, and families.


 

Kat Leiva

Kat has been part of the Squash & Education Alliance network since she started with SquashBusters Lawrence in 2012. She's a 2022 graduate of St. Lawrence University where she double majored in International Economics and Spanish. At St. Lawrence, she played varsity squash all four years. With a passion to give back, Kat founded her own local squash clinic, which helped to create a stronger community between the university and the city of Canton. Kat is happy to be part of CSA and can't wait to share her love for the sport.


 

Ali Shaffer

Ali is a Cincinnati native who has an extensive background in mental health and youth development. Ali received her bachelor's degree in Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University with a focus on special education. With a passion to help others, she then went on to receive her master’s degree in December 2022 at Xavier University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ali has experience working for nonprofit organizations and within a school setting prior to accepting her position at CSA. She is excited to incorporate her creativity and enthusiasm for leadership in her role as the academic coordinator.
